Document Vault Systems applies a simple pricing structure to our virtual data rooms which is based on two criteria mainly:
- How long will you need the data room for?
- How many users will need to access the system
Only if you have excessive usage, for example if you have a large number of users or the data storage requirement is very high, do we charge extra. Thus our standard data room implementation includes up to 1GB of storage. In most instances this is enough for the entire period of the data room.
Our standard contract includes up to two hours of technical support per month, which means you can get help with the day-to-day running of the vdr on issues such as uploading data, giving access to users etc.
We charge extra if you require us to administer the data room for you, for example set up user accounts and notify users of their access details. We also offer consultancy on the initial setup of the data room to guide you through the process of structuring the data and specifying user access rights.
We believe we are competitive on pricing and that we provide a very good service. The bottom line is we have been building data rooms for nearly twelve years and we know what we are doing.
